This Cookie Policy explains how and why Zyvexoqira uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our site. It also describes our implementation of Google Consent Mode v2, which we use to respect your privacy preferences before activating any measurement or advertising tools.
1. What cookies are

We use strictly necessary cookies for the site to work, analytics cookies to understand anonymously how the platform is browsed, advertising cookies to display relevant communication about real estate crowdlending, and personalisation cookies to remember your preferences.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 to respect your privacy choices. By default the parameters ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage remain in the denied state. Google tools are only activated after your explicit consent. If you choose to reject, measurement and personalised advertising cookies are not loaded, although some aggregated and anonymised measurements may continue to operate as described in Google’s official documentation.
4. Google Ads and measurement
When you accept, we may use Google Ads (AW-18064110603) and related tools to understand the effectiveness of our communications, optimise campaigns and respect your privacy through ads_data_redaction and url_passthrough.
5. Managing preferences
You can change your preferences at any time from the cookie banner or from the management section. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings. If you clear local storage, the banner will appear again on your next visit.
6. Third-party cookies
Some functionalities may load content from third parties such as Google. Each provider uses its own privacy and cookie policies, over which we do not have direct control, although we load them respecting your consent.
7. Retention
Cookies are kept for different periods depending on their purpose: some are deleted when the browser is closed and others may remain for up to 24 months. Your consent is stored in localStorage for a maximum of 12 months.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to keep it aligned with Argentine regulations, Google recommendations and the evolution of the project. The date of the update is shown at the top of the document.
