Privacy Policy
At Zyvexoqira we protect the personal information you share with us when you browse the site or use our real estate crowdlending services. This policy explains clearly which data we collect, for what purpose, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it, in line with Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Act No. 25,326.
1. Data we collect
We collect identifying data such as your name, email address and the messages you send through the contact form. We also process basic technical data such as IP address, device type, browser and browsing behaviour. When you show interest in a project, we may request additional information needed to assess your investor profile.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your information to respond to enquiries, present you with opportunities aligned with your interest, improve the platform, comply with legal obligations and, where applicable, prevent fraudulent activity. We never use your data for purposes other than those accepted in each interaction.
3. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on the consent you give when completing forms, on the execution of the relationship with the platform, on legal obligations applicable to our activity, and on a legitimate interest in developing our services.
4. Data retention
We keep information for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purpose and afterwards for the periods required by applicable Argentine regulations. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised in a secure manner.
5. Sharing information
We only share information with technology, accounting or legal providers that work with Zyvexoqira under confidentiality agreements. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. In the event of a legal or judicial request, we cooperate with the competent authorities under Argentine law.
6. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update or request the deletion of your personal data by writing to [email protected]. You have the right to object to certain processing activities and to file complaints with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, access controls, internal audits and information-handling policies. No system is 100% foolproof, so we commit to notifying relevant incidents within the timeframes provided by regulation.
8. Minors
Our services are intended exclusively for people over 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect information from minors; if a case is detected, we proceed to delete the data promptly.
9. Updates
We may update this policy to adapt it to regulatory, technological or service changes. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of the document.
10. Contact
If you have any questions about this policy or about how we handle your data, please write to us at [email protected].
